Rooms not cleaned well; worn mattresses; roach infested.

I stayed here before and did not have any problems but this time the beds were horrible, the mattresses and box springs are worn with huge dents and just horrible. The room was infested with roach, the housekeeping is horrible, everything was very dusty. The need to do a complete change of beds and pest control service. The housekeepers need to pay more attention to cleaning the rooms well, the floor was dirty and the microwave and coffee pot was dirty from the last guest. I like Mainstay but I will never stay there again and I will not recommend it to anyone I know. I must say I felt safe there though, there was security on the grounds and no lingering persons around. ...read more
